Live worms and cocoons

Live animals can't be returned. They don't travel well twice, and frankly neither of us wants that box back. If something goes wrong in shipping, the Live Arrival Guarantee covers it. Get in touch within 24 hours of delivery, with photos.

The ebook

First 90 Days With Your Worms is a download. Once it's been delivered, it can't be returned, so it isn't refundable.

Worm chow and worm castings

If a bag arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it. We can't take back opened bags.
